Following a rigorous internal application and selection process, coupled with final stage interviews with an external independent panel of senior female leaders from across the Industry, the business was proud to not only see the level of commitment given to all the aspiring applicants, but is proud to see that #inspiringinclusion being such a core tenet to the overall applications. Sha, as our GM – Claims, has set the bar high and we look forward to not only celebrating her win but also working with her over the course of the year in supporting not only her development, but the development of women throughout the organisation.
