Network Insurance Group is excited to announce that both Julie Sadler and Ronni Syron have been awarded the highly coveted IWD “Women in Leadership” Scholarship Bursary for 2023!
Following a rigorous selection process of both an internal independent panel of female leaders, NIG further worked in partnership with several of our strategic carriers, developing an external judging panel made up of a cross section of senior female leaders across the Industry, in this case, Demetra Day, Head of Distribution, Aus/NZ at Chubb, Lorelle Hillman, GM of Partnerships at QBE and Alison Brough, Head of Underwriting Services. Commercial & Business at Allianz.
Working together, the final decision to nominate both Julie and Ronni was made, both standing out from a pool of talented applicants, impressing the panel with their knowledge, confidence, and exceptional interview skills.
The panel was particularly struck by their contrasting skills, experiences, and personalities, with their expertise, engagement, client skills and likability making them superb ambassadors for the next generation of female leadership talent within the business.
