Luke is an experienced executive with more than 16 years in senior leadership roles across insurance, operations, strategy, HR, and technology. He has successfully led large teams through business transformation, systems implementation, and change management, with a strong focus on commercial excellence and staff engagement.
He has held senior roles at QBE, Interetail, IAG and AON where he was responsible for developing strategy, managing operations, and driving business performance in complex and highly regulated environments. Luke is also experienced in building operating models, product development, distribution, overseeing large-scale programs of work and designing workforce strategies that support business growth.
