Grant Zorad:
Grant entered the insurance broking industry in 2016 upon a friend’s suggestion. Over the past seven years, he has developed a profound passion for his career and remains dedicated to cultivating meaningful relationships with clients and insurers. Important lesson learned: Never burn bridges, be true to yourself, and focus on building authentic relationships for long-term success.
Attributes of a good broker: Keeping clients’ best interests first, being an expert in the field, providing excellent customer service, and staying connected with industry developments.
Joel Morrell:
Joel’s insurance journey began in 2006, inspired by his parents’ extensive experience in the industry. Since then, he has thrived and grown as a broker, always committed to his work. Most important lesson learned: Hard work pays off, and success comes to those who love what they do and put in the effort.
Essential attributes of a good broker: Effective communication, strong time management skills, and being trustworthy and reliable.
